To achieve this we are building a network of independent industry experts that occasionally support our in house consultants in making the right recommendations during challenging projects.
This is a freelance role, which is paid hourly, daily or project based depending on the engagement needed.
What would a Freelance Consultant at Raascals do?
- Collaborate with in house consultants who are primary project owners, gaining a complete understanding of requirements, goals and objectives.
- Solve real customer problems either in the background or by stepping in front of the customer. Always acting as one team with Raascals.
- Teach our in house team about latest industry trends during training sessions.
What does the candidate profile look like?
- At least 4 years of proven experience in the Customer Support SaaS landscape, either on buyer or seller side. Both are welcome.
- Ability to make an unbiased decision is an absolute must. Conflicts of interest have to be avoided.
- Short term availability is required to ensure a seamless experience for our customers
